Sore Throat

I have been a very naughty boy. I keep wailing at the top of my voice when I don't get my milk milk fast enough, when my nappy is dirty or when I feel sleepy. In the end, I got a sore throat =(

One Month Old!

I am one month old today! See how much I have grown.

Full Month Celebration

I am not one month old yet but Daddy & Mummy decided to hold my full month celebration today coz my actual full month date falls on a Friday. Ah Ma said that there's a belief that full month celebrations can be held earlier but not later, else the baby will always be one step later than others. I was a good baby today. I slept throughout the day amidst all the bustling sounds, only waking up for feeds. BUT I kept pooing/peeing & dirtying my clothes. I had 3 changes of rompers just for today! Daddy & Mummy were so busy entertaining their friends & relatives that they forgot to take photos. Luckily, Uncle Xinming remembered.

My Cord Dropped Off

My umbilical cord finally dropped off. Daddy & Mummy are going to keep it as a momento. Auntie Guiyue said she kept the cords of her 3 children together so that they'll grow up happily together.

Age: 13 days old

My Name

Daddy & Mummy finally decided on my name - Jovan Tey 俊衡. Jovan means love-like & majestic. 俊 means handsome & smart. 衡 means to be well-balanced in everything. This name symbolises what Daddy & Mummy wishes for me.

Vistors

Today Big Aunt Ling Ling & Second Aunt Xiu Ling brought my cousins to visit me. Here's Cousin Aaron, Cousin Zixuan, Cousin Zixin & Cousin Ariel (from left to right). They can be my playmates when I grow older. Yeah!

I can LIFT MY HEAD!

I can lift my head briefly and turn it from side to side when lying on my tummy.

I was very contented after having my milk milk. This is my very first smile. hehehe

Hello Daddy & Mummy!

*bao wah wah* What a strange place! It's so bright and noisy. Suddenly I recognised a very familiar voice. It's mummy! I opened my eyes and saw mummy for the very first time after 39 weeks & 5 days. I stopped crying immediately when she held me. Felt so warm & nice. Mummy gave me a goodbye kiss before I joined other babies in the nursery. I love you, Daddy & Mummy!
